Terms of Use
Last updated:
These Terms of Use govern your relationship with Antiagefrcleanen when you visit our website or purchase one of our paper journals. By browsing the site or placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using the site.
1. About us
Antiagefrcleanen is an independent paper-goods studio operating from 36 Short’s Gardens, London WC2H 9AB. You can reach us by post, by telephone on +44 20 7836 6688, or by writing through our contact page.
2. Using the website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, to interfere with its normal operation, or to reproduce substantial portions of its content without our written permission. Reasonable quotations for the purpose of review or commentary are welcome.
3. Intellectual property
All text, page designs, prompts and illustrations on this website, together with the design and layout of our journals, are the intellectual property of Antiagefrcleanen unless otherwise marked. Photography credits, where given, belong to the original photographers. You retain all rights in the words you write inside your own journal.
4. Orders and pricing
All prices on the products page are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Stock is limited, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, mispriced or otherwise problematic. In the rare event that this happens after payment, we will issue a full refund without delay.
5. Delivery
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail tracked services. We aim to dispatch within two working days; most parcels arrive within three to five working days after dispatch. Delivery times outside the United Kingdom may vary and any local customs charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Returns and refunds
Our return policy sets out the full procedure for sending an unused journal back to us within 30 days. It does not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Use of journal content
The prompts inside our journals are intended for personal reflection. They are not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified specialist. If something you write about leaves you feeling unsettled, please reach out to a qualified support service in your area.
8. Third-party links
This site may include occasional links to third-party websites. We provide them for convenience only, and have no control over their content or practices. Following such a link is at your own discretion.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Antiagefrcleanen is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by UK law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always shown on this page with the date of the most recent update at the top. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
12. Contact
If you have a question about these terms, please write to us through the contact page. We aim to reply within one working day.
